Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of being made you will be charged the price of service. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I will have to reschedule. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. If paid via Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal, etc. the same applies. No refunds. EXTENSIONS & CANCELLATIONS $150 deposit required & non-refundable. Extensions that have been paid for/ partially paid for are non-refundable. You will be credited a service to the value of what was paid. No refunds
